Frequently asked questions

Below are some of the regular questions we get asked about our training on pain awareness training.

If you have a question, which isn’t shown below, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at info@painawarenessworldwide.com

How is our training delivered?

We use online training, also known as eLearning, which can be delivered online through a laptop, phone or other digital device.

If your company has its own Learning Management System, or LMS, and your LMS accepts SCORM files, we provide the SCORM files, once you become a customer of ours. \

If your company doesn’t have an LMS, we can provide one for you at no extra cost to your yearly subscription.

Is our training accessible to everyone?

Absolutely.

Accessibility is at the heart of every course we design and build. By using the latest eLearning authoring tools and technology, we’re able to create eLearning, which is accessible for users who use screen readers as an example.

We also limit the different type of interactions and content, to only those, which are accessible and meet the WCAG accessibility guidelines for eLearning and online training.

Why invest in pain awareness training?

Chronic pain and long-term illnesses impact 1 in 4 people in the UK alone.

With such a high number of the population being impacted by chronic illness, healthcare professionals will come across a patient with one of these illnesses.

This means your people need to know how to communcate with these patients, and ensure they haven’t got any stigma attached to the conditions.

Who should take this training?

If you become a customer of ours, we will encourage that everyone in your organisation to take our training.

We’ve made multiple courses to meet the needs of employees at all different levels of seniority. From employees who aren’t managers, to Directors and those in the C Suite of an organisation.

Creating a safe and supportive culture for any chronic condition starts at the top, and by everyone taking our training, it will create a new and supportive culture.

How much will it cost?

We want our training to be accessible for your organisation. That’s why we charge an affordable monthly subscription of £2,000, which is billed annually upfront.
